3. Service Agreements

All services are provided based on a written agreement or proposal accepted by the client. The scope of work, timeline, and pricing are outlined in each individual project proposal.

3.1 Project Changes

Any changes to the agreed scope of work may result in additional charges and timeline extensions. All change requests must be made in writing and approved by both parties.

3.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate content, branding materials, and access credentials in a timely manner
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Ensuring that provided materials do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Providing timely feedback to avoid project delays

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before project commencement
• Remaining payments are due upon project milestones or completion
• Monthly retainer services are billed in advance
• Late payments may attract a late fee as specified in the project agreement

5. Refund Policy

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables (website design, content, etc.) created specifically for them. ARVGrow retains the right to:

• Display the work in our portfolio
• Use the work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or code libraries used

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, business details, and project specifics as confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by law.

8. Advertising Services Disclaimer

For Google Ads and Meta Ads management:

• Ad spend is paid directly to Google/Meta by the client; our fee is for management only
• We cannot guarantee specific results, leads, or conversions from ad campaigns
• Campaign performance depends on factors including budget, competition, and market conditions
• We will make commercially reasonable efforts to optimize campaign performance

9. SEO Disclaimer

Search engine optimization results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes. We cannot guarantee specific rankings. We follow ethical, white-hat SEO practices as recommended by major search engines.

10. Limitation of Liability

ARVGrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Termination does not entitle the client to a refund for work already completed.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Amravati, Maharashtra.

13. Changes to Terms

ARVGrow reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
