1. Non-Refundable Policy

ARVGrow operates a strict no-refund policy. All payments — including deposits, milestone payments, and final payments — are non-refundable once work on your project has begun.

This policy exists because:

• Our team allocates dedicated time, resources, and expertise to each project immediately upon payment
• Work on your project begins as soon as payment is received and project requirements are confirmed
• Digital work (design, development, advertising campaigns) cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense
• Ad spend credited to Google/Meta platforms cannot be recovered once utilized

2. Before You Pay — Please Confirm

We strongly encourage all clients to:

• Carefully review the project proposal and scope of work
• Ask any questions before making payment
• Ensure you understand the deliverables and timeline
• Confirm that our services align with your business needs

3. Advertising Services (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

For advertising management services:

• Management fees are fully non-refundable once the billing period has started
• Ad spend paid directly to Google/Meta is subject to their own refund policies and is generally non-recoverable
• Campaign performance does not guarantee a refund — digital advertising results vary based on many market factors
• We cannot guarantee specific leads, sales, or returns on ad spend

4. Website Development Services

For website development projects:

• Deposits paid before project commencement are non-refundable
• Milestone payments for completed work are non-refundable
• If you cancel mid-project, you will not receive a refund for work already completed
• All completed and delivered assets become your property upon full payment

5. SEO Services

SEO services are ongoing and results-based:

• Monthly SEO retainer fees are non-refundable once the month has started
• SEO results take time (typically 3–6 months) and are not guaranteed due to search engine algorithm changes
• We follow ethical, white-hat SEO practices and cannot be held liable for ranking fluctuations due to algorithm updates

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In extraordinary and verifiable circumstances (such as ARVGrow being unable to deliver the agreed service due to our own failures), we will work with clients in good faith to find an equitable resolution, which may include:

• Credit toward future services
• Completion of additional agreed-upon work at no extra charge
• Partial refund at ARVGrow's sole discretion

These exceptions are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
